Neo-X was created in Belgium early 2017 and by the end of 2017 operations started in Dubai.
Based on the rapidly growing business, Neo-X Singapore was launched in January 2019 and a further development in Germany is envisaged by 2020.
Our business model is to provide tailor made solutions to our customer allowing them to focus on their core business.
An established network of independent experts and global partners enables Neo-X to provide its customers worldwide with all services and products individually, reliably and at economically attractive conditions.
Sandro Löw
Sandro has 20 years of professional experience in the aviation and transportation sector.
He has served as Director Corporate & Strategic Affairs of the European rail networks operator Thalys International, in charge of the operational restructuring of the company in Germany, including the recruitment of all required technical, industrial and production staff.
Prior to that, Sandro has been General Counsel of Cargolux Airlines International and ASL Airlines Belgium (former TNT Airways).
Sandro is appointed by various airlines in the UAE to manage their UAE establishment and to act as their authorized representative towards the Dubai CAA.
Marc Hallaert
Marc has an extensive aviation background for several globally renowned Aviation organisations such as Sabena Technics, TAT Group & ASL MEA.
Marc’s aviation expertise includes: Engine Base Training on different aircraft including Boeing 767/727/707, Airbus A300-600 & Airbus A310. Also, Aviation Engineering & Boeing Flight Safety.
He has complete experience in full Aviation operational support, including being Sabena Airlines Aircraft Manager for the Belgian Royal Family, as well as operational support at the ATLAS Group.
As well as being one of the Partners of Neo-X Group, Marc is also a partner at Aerospeed SPRL & BCO Aviation – leaders in their Aviation fields.
Marc also has an all-encompassing background in Aviation consulting on large-scale projects such as for Commercial, Freight, MRO, Leasing & OEM companies and is an Airbus Consultant too.
Thomas Görtzen
Thomas provides a profound expertise in public transport as former chief executive and project director working for regional, national and multinational companies, i.a. Deutsche Bahn and Keolis. Focusing on profitable growth and operational excellence, he supports operators in achieving sustainable success in highly competitive market environments. With more than 25 years of professional experience, Thomas has extensive knowledge in the areas of tender management and mobilisation as well as securing the profitability of current transport contracts, including their active management.
